Our sweet spot is between 20 and 200 people, but we've organised events for groups from 8 to over 400. For smaller groups we often work at more exclusive venues; for larger groups we scale the logistics without losing personal attention.

To secure your first choice of date and venue we recommend 8 to 12 weeks. But we've set up events in 3 weeks too — do get in touch, we always look at what's feasible.

For every outdoor event we design a Plan B in advance. Sometimes that's an indoor variant of the same activity, sometimes a fully alternative programme. We discuss it in the proposal so you're never caught off-guard.

Our strength comes from our local roots in Belgium, but we regularly organise events across the country, and occasionally in the Netherlands or Luxembourg. For incentives abroad we partner with selected local providers.

With every catering request we ask in advance about allergies, food preferences and dietary or religious requirements. Our chef partners work with seasonal produce and offer fully developed vegetarian and vegan alternatives by default.

Our half-day formulas typically start around €95 per person, full-day programmes from €175 per person. Final pricing depends on group size, venue, catering level and specific wishes. We always work transparently: one price, everything included.
