The brief to BeauBelge was clear: a full day in Ghent that combines active and relaxed, with sport, water, games and table. Not a loose outing, but a day with a common thread, where everyone sees each other differently. We took care of the organisation from A to Z, from the first coffee to the last quiz question.
One day, from the pitch to the table
Welcome breakfast
A gentle start with coffee, fresh fruit juice, yoghurt, granola and rolls.
Hockey clinic at La Gantoise
A training session on the main pitch of hockey club La Gantoise, with a professional coach, all the gear and the real changing rooms.
Finnish rowing boat at the Blaarmeersen
Together in one long rowing boat on the lake of the Blaarmeersen recreation domain, with the fountain in the background.
Lowland Games, Deleersnyder edition
Farmer’s golf, crate race, an obstacle course and foot darts. Team against team, with the right atmosphere.
Lunch and barbecue
A fresh pasta buffet at midday, and in the evening a generous barbecue with aperitif and dessert buffet.
Quiz evening
Finishing at the table with a bespoke quiz, the Deleersnyder edition, where the non-sporty ones could shine too.
One day, many different moments. The competitive ones went all in at the Lowland Games. Those who prefer not to do sport blossomed during the quiz. The venues, from the main pitch of La Gantoise to the Blaarmeersen, gave the day a genuine Ghent character that a meeting room never offers.
