With our discovery program beer brewing is now within everyone’s reach. The course of the brewing process is a bit like cooking. But instead of ‘ a clear consommé ‘ or pea soup, you will make a lager, triple or a white beer.
We explain the different stages of the brewing process, because brewing is even more fun when you understand what is happening. What do you need? Where do you get the ingredients? Is there special corn needed? What is the importance of hops and yeast? Everything becomes clear during this culinary experience.
Together we’re going to brew a double fermentation lager beer. And there is, of course, a tasting session!
